Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021 Notice is hereby given that the 59th AGM of the Tewkesbury Lodge Estate Residents’ Association (TLERA) will be held on Tuesday 8th June 2021 at 8pm, via Zoom video conference**.
Last year’s AGM had to be cancelled due to Covid-19, but we have decided to hold this year’s meeting by Zoom. The agenda can be found below. We had hoped that Lewisham Councillor Sophie McGeevor would be our guest speaker, but unfortunately she will be unable to attend. However this gives an opportunity for general discussion about TLERA, and a chance to put forward ideas.

The current team are all happy to stand for re-election but we are always keen to have new members on the Committee and encourage anyone wishing to join* to get in touch as soon as possible. We also welcome volunteers to help organise our events or to act as deputy road representatives, so please take the opportunity to put yourselves forward for this. If you have any questions for the Committee, or wish to submit any motions for the AGM, please send an email in advance to Valerie Ward, chair@Tewkesburylodge.org.uk (This will not preclude you from raising matters at the meeting.)
